What is a good Minor for a Finance Major?

I was thinking of either Communication Studies, since someone needs good communication skills in this field. I was also thinking of Psychology just because it would be good how the mind works. Are any of those options good or should I choose something else? Thanks in advance.

Which study of business is better?

I am a business major, and I wanted to know what is the best area of it to concentrate my studies on..
Accounting?
Business Administration?
Economics?
Finance?
General Business?
Management?
Marketing?

Which is most valuable in the long run? Or which one is the most likely to ensure a job?

Thanks in advance for your input:)

What kind of university to learn in ?

Hello guys and girls. Now I’m 16, I know i’m young to think about it, but I have no idea what I would like to study. I’m born in Bulgaria, and still live here, but I would like to tell me university somewhere in Europe, where I can study something like Finance or banking … I can pay about 1,5-2 euro per year. Also how many point I need on TOEFL and SAT. Thanks in advance.

I don’t like to brag, and of course nobody ever knows for sure, but I’d like to think that I stand a pretty good chance in getting into at least one of the nation’s top 25 universities. (I’m a rising high school senior.) This is my question:

I want to be a doctor. My heart is in the sciences. I love interacting with people and helping them, and my dream is to become a neurologist. As ideological as that sounds, I know that competition to get into medical schools is extremely tough, even for state schools. Here is my dilemma:

Ideally, I want to major in neuroscience, but in the event that I don’t get into med school, the subject has virtually zero job opportunities. Therefore, I would like to major in a subject that I’m not only interested in but that would also provide a lucrative career straight out of college. As a result, I’ve decided that I will most likely major in finance. However, my parents are worried that majoring in a non-science-related field will derail me from my studies on the premed track and that I won’t be able to focus as much on the necessary science classes. Are my parents right? Should I focus on a science-related subject, or should a major in finance be okay? Also, am I right in assuming that a degree in finance from an Ivy League or top 25 school will almost lock in a good job offer straight out of college? I’ve seen with my own eyes several friends of mine and friends of my parents who studied finance and landed very good jobs straight out of college, often with salaries in the six-figure range.

I know it’s shallow to put so much focus on money, but I come from a family that has been struggling with debt and other financial issues for the past few years and I really do want financial security. Therefore it is very important to me that, in the event that I don’t gain admission medical school, I have a degree in something that will enable me to get a good job.

Thanks in advance!
