If my parents or i have low income, can i get any finance aid when i go to community college or university after i finished high school?

I’m chinese, migrated to Australia with my parents when i was 7, i’m 18 now and just finnished high school, speak fluent chinese but lack some writing skills. i plan on going to either Melbourne uni or Monash uni to study commerce degree and possibly work in china after i graduate and gained few yrs of work exp in Australia. however, im not sure wheather melb or monash would give me a better chance of gaining a work oppotunity in china. Melbourne uni offers ACCOUNTING,ACTUARIAL STUDIES,ECONOMICS,FINANCE,MARKETING and MANAGMENT as commerce majors, whereas Monash offers ASIAN DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSITION,ECONOMETRICS AND BUSINESS STATISTICS and INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE and some others. Monash majors seem to target more specifically to my purpose yet Melbourne uni is more well known internationally. if any one could gimme some suggestions as to which uni i should apply for and what types of jobs are lacking in China.

I’m a freshman in college but I’m still confused on what to pursue. I’m currently studying finance, not doing bad, but I just don’t feel like business is what’s right for me. I would rather study engineering, but my parents say that no matter how well I do, I still won’t get hired cause I’m a girl. Or if i do, I won’t earn much to get by nor will a job be available for me in China/HK due to the language requirement for an engineering position. (I think my parents want me to work there..currently living in the Philippines). Any suggestion/ comment would help me a lot..

im a little bit confused with universities and all those stuff , im really good in sketching cartoons and i also like acting but my parents say that i should study finance to have job if i fail in what i want to do , but i hate physics and im very artistic , i dont wanna study something that i dont wanna do but what if i cant succeed in my dreams , is it easy to find a job as an animator or actor ? any good universities for those ? generally any related answers would be helpfull

Okay, I am an international business major with a concentration in finance and german. Next fall I am supposed to go germany as part of my program.

I have to write a 1 page "letter of intent" on why I want to studying aboard and working (a 4 month internship follows the semester) in Germany. I don’t have any personal reasons for wanting to do this. My parents made me take the language class because they felt I was forgetting the roots of my family (they are from germany) and stuff like that. If they were going to pay for college, then I was going to learn.

That being said, I dont mind studying abroad. maybe it will cool, i don’t know. Anyways I need a place to start this essay, I DONT need someone to write it. The ideas don’t have to be good; my GPA is far above the requirement, so i really just need to fill space.

I brainstromed writing about how new world perspectives will allow me to add new ideas and prespective to a workplace (at my future job).
I also thought about talking about something like the world is to big to only know one place. even though I will probably never work or live out the USA.
