I am an International student who is going to study Master of Finance in US. I have searched for Courses, Universities but I didn’t finalize my decision. On the other hand, it is important to select the right state/ City or town.
Since I have no Idea about that, Would you please recommend the states which can be suitable for international students in terms of: cost of living, entertainment, safety, transportation, services and facilities…etc
Also I would like to have some recommendations for universities.
Thank you :)
Anthony ,
Thank you for your valued response.
Canadian Bacon ,
Thanks alot for your input.
Guys,
What about southern States like Florida & South Carolina.
or Eastern states likeVirginia
or the west coast like California ( ithink its expensive am I correct?)
Thank you all :)

I would like to persue graduate studies in the U.S, however I am finding it difficult to come up with the funds needed to finance my studies. Are there currenlty any loans that are offered to international students (with U.S cosigner) who need fianacing for their studies. Information on loans that I have seen so far indicate that I have to be enrolled in the programme (at least half the time) to get funding.
I am in Jamaica

Hi,
I have a confirmed admit from an US university for a graduate degree program. Currently I am looking up for loans to finance my studies. I have a scholarship that waives 30% of my entire tuition fee. I need a loan of K to cover for rest of the expenses.
Can anyone point me to available loan options for international students in US, preferably without a US citizen co-signer(if at all any such loans exist, else co-signer loans with least obligations on the co-signer).
Thanks..!!!

Hi,
Im considering applying to study in the USA, and I know scholarships are extremely rare for international students, but on most regular scholarships, you need to be a us citizen or a permanant resident.
My question is would my eligability change if i attended high school in the US for a year – would i qualify as a permanant resident??
Thanks for your help

Hi there,
My lil’ brother is looking for Master course related to Finance Study in UK. He is just at the beginning of the process to look for course and uni.
I would really be thankful if you could help me suggesting some good unis? Or if not (I know, it’s too general), can you think of a process for international students when they want to study abroad (in this case, in UK)
Cheers!
