What kind of stuff do you do and study for a Bachelor’s in International Studies or International Finance?

I live in Saginaw, Michigan (a place where jobs are scarce).
I don’t have debts, I would like to borrow k from the FAFSA to pay for my bachelor in accounting/finance at the Columbia College of Missouri online.
The College is accredited (not like AIU or UOP) and the Tuition is low.
