I am about to schedule my California Real Estate Exam. I have been doing the correspondance classes and have taken Principles, Practice and am currently finishing Real Estate Finance. I have been studying like a mad woman preparing for the test. What I am looking to know is, what area or book do you feel I should pay more attention too regarding study materials. I heard that I should be studying my real estate principles book because "all the questions are from there". Then I hear that none of the material you read in the classes I have taken are on the test. I would like to narrow down my studying to an area that will be beneficial to me when test time comes instead of just reading everything "I think" might be beneficial.

Also I was made aware by a real estate agent that there is a method when taking the test that goes something along the lines of making columns and putting answers in them. Anyone know about this.

Would also appreciate great study book recommendations.

I am not enrolled in a University bec. I never got the chance to enroll. I am here in the Philippines and I need to study abroad for a chance of a better future. is there any finance group that could help me with my studies? Sort of financial student loan. thank you. I appreciate your help

Im thinking of doing accounting and finance as a degree could someone who has or is currently studying it please tell me what it is like e.g. is it intresting, hard, boring ect. Thanks. PS im in the UK.
