I know Finance probably provides better opportunities, but honestly, I think philosophy would help me in other areas, as opposed to just studying finance…

London is one of the world economy command center’s.It is also the home of the HSBC global headquarters,the world’s largest bank.Will this make the best place to study international finance?
Could london be the best place to study the theory of finance and also observe the on-goings of financial trading?

I’m studying calculus right now because it’s a pre-requisite for the finance program I’d like to attend. I’m doing well with it, but I’m curious as to just how important knowing calculus is when studying finance.

Would it be better to study, say, chemical engineering?
Plus I here there will be a lot of competition for jobs in the financial sector because so many people are studying business/finance.
